Due to the nature of digital content, all subscription purchases are non-refundable.

• Once access is granted to member-exclusive content, including lessons, videos, and assessments, refunds cannot be issued.
• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time to avoid future charges.
• Annual subscriptions may also be canceled at any time, but access remains valid through the end of the billing period.
