How do I access my courses after subscribing?
Once you subscribe, your courses appear in your Library after our team assigns them to your account, usually shortly after payment. Just log in and open your Library.
My library is empty after I paid - is something wrong?
Course access is granted per student by our team, so it can take a little time after your first payment. If it has been a while, contact us and we will sort it out.
What's the difference between Full-Service and Self-Service?
Full-Service means Infinity provides live instruction, grades assessments, and tracks progress. Self-Service gives parents the complete materials to teach the course at home. Pick the level of support that fits your family.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes, anytime from your Account billing portal. Canceling stops future charges, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
How does progress and unlocking work?
Lessons unlock unit by unit as you complete them. Marking a lesson complete is permanent, and only a few units stay open at once to keep students focused on what comes next.
Can I download the lessons and videos?
Lessons and videos are view-only to protect the content. Teachers may print homework, quizzes, and assessments for classroom use from Google Classroom when available, as described in our Terms.
I forgot my password - what do I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and we will email you a secure reset link.
Can I see samples before I enroll?
Yes. Each program page has free sample materials - a textbook page, a lesson video, and a quiz - under "Try Before You Enroll," so you can see the quality before subscribing.
Which courses and grade levels do you cover?
Our homeschool curriculum covers Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, and Algebra 1. Our tutoring covers middle school through Calculus, plus SAT, ACT, GED, Praxis, and placement exam prep.
How do I know which course is right for my student?
Take the free placement quiz linked on our program pages, or schedule a consultation and we will help you choose the right starting point.
Do you offer tutoring?
Yes. We offer one-on-one and small-group tutoring, separate from the homeschool subscriptions. See the Tutoring page for formats and pricing.
